A Summary

Me: optic neuritis flareup in one eye, leaving me unable to drive for about a month now.  Seriously limiting my fabric shopping.   Finally making progress with a new doctor on the MS issue.

The husband: left IBM after 10 years.  New job - more travel, less stress?  TBD.

The small girl: refuses to wear anything that is not mostly pink.  Wants a scooter.  Very grown up, and don't you forget it.

The smaller boy: wants to do anything the small girl is doing.  Sleeps perpendicular to the bed.  Loves trains, hates naps.

We: are moving to Missouri.  Yikes.

Yep, you know, most of our family is still in the area. We're looking at Lakewood, which would be about 15 minutes away from everyone.

I grew up in Lakewood (Beechwood drive) and my parents still live there! It was great, probably better now that there is more stuff near by. When we lived there the closest gorcery store was the Price Chopper off 50-hwy. I love the fact that Lakewood has 3 private swimming pools, sidewalks, etc. Stuff we don't have here in MD that is for sure.

Oh yeah, both sides of the family feel like it's a dream come true. I know that the kiddos are going to be so excited as well - there is just no one who can come close to being as cool as grandparents.
