First dinner out with friends

Tonight we went out with Jeremy and Andrea and the girls. One thing I forget about newborns is that it takes about 3 hours to get out of the house. Apparently that preparation period grows exponentially when you also have a toddler. Needless to say they were very gracious when we arrived about an hour after we planned. Miles slept the entire time. I made sure to take note of that because it will probably never happen again.
